This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) contains the complete terms and conditions between us, Geniatech and you, regarding your application to and participation in, the Geniatech Affiliate Program (the “Affiliate Program”) as an affiliate of Geniatech (an “Affiliate”), and the establishment of links from your website to our website, https://shop.geniatech.com.
By signing up to be an Affiliate in the Geniatech Affiliate Program you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Geniatech reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account and for forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments earned during the violation. You agree to use the Affiliate Program at your own risk.
1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
- To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a completed Affiliate Program Signup Form. The Signup Form can be found at https://shop.geniatech.com/affiliate/register/
- We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection in a timely manner. We may reject your application if we determine (in our sole discretion) that your website is not suitable for the Affiliate Program for any reason.
2.Qualified Purchases
a. “Qualified purchases” are purchases made by the Customer on the shop.geniatech.com. A purchase shall only be deemed to be “completed” by a Customer if the Customer has taken all steps required for acknowledging transaction completed. For avoidance of doubt, transactions on the shop.geniatech.com that are cancelled or refunded shall not be deemed as a Qualified Purchase.
b. Our affiliate program is a performance-based (Cost per Sale Payout) and the cookie is 30 days.
c. The commission of the affiliate program is subject to the actual negotiation results between the two parties and needs to be within the requirements set by our Affiliate Program.
3.Referral fees/commissions
We will pay a 5% commission for “Qualifying Purchases.” If you have any further questions or need assistance with the affiliate program setup, please let me know.
4.Commission Determination
For a Product sale to be eligible to earn a referral fee, the customer must click-through a Special Link from your site, email, or other communications to shop.geniatech.com and complete an order for a product during that session.
We will only pay commissions on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems. We will not pay commissions if someone says they purchased or someone says they entered a referral code if it was not tracked by our system. We can only pay commissions on business generated through properly formatted special links that were automatically tracked by our systems.
We reserve the right to disqualify commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.
5. Payment schedule
here are 2 options you can choose to receive your commissions
We will pay the affiliate commissions within 7-15 business days once you have withdrawn.
Option 1: Payment by Bank Transfer. You can withdraw to Bank from your account when the available balance exceed $1000, and we will charge the processing fee per withdrawal.
Option 2: Payment by Paypal. You can withdraw to Paypal from your account when the available balance exceed $100 , but you will charge the processing fee per withdrawal, the processing fee will depend on your country, you can ask for Paypal about the fee.
6. Order Processing
Geniatech will process orders placed by Referred Customers who follow the Links from an Affiliate Site to Geniatech. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject orders that do not comply with certain requirements that we may establish from time to time. All aspects of order processing and fulfillment, including Geniatech’s services, cancellation, processing, refunds and payment processing will be our responsibility. We will track the Qualified Purchases generated by your Affiliate Site and will make this information available to you through our website. To permit accurate tracking, reporting, and commission accrual, you must ensure that the Links between your website and our website are properly formatted.
7. Termination
Geniatech, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Program, or any other Geniatech service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all potential or to-be-paid commissions in your Account if they were earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods. Geniatech reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
